Paul Stulac is a relatively small boutique cigar operation, it is currently produced at the Las Villas Cigars in Nicaragua under master blender Guillermo Peña. The White light (Blinding Light) Toro has been around for quite a while. It is a medium to full-bodied smoke, while offering notse of espresso, chocolate, leather, pepper, wood, earth, and some sweeter hints.
