Age Verification, Exchange & Returns Shipping Policy.
AGE VERIFICATION, EXCHANGES & SHIPPING RETURNS.
I verify that I am at least 19yrs of age or more, and understand that my order will be sent 19+ verification signature required.
I understand the buyer assumes full responsibility for any claims with the shipping provider, in the event a package is lost, stolen and/or damaged. It is not the responsibility of The Smokin' Cigar Inc. to replace or refund your items & all sales are final.
No refunds, 7 day exchange only on hard goods, cigars & tobacco are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned . All pipes are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. All items must be returned with original packaging and receipt.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before mailing your item back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and item(s) that are returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Shipping is processed by us daily.
All orders are processed (by us) within an hour or two (you will get a notification, Gmail users please check your "Promotions folder") and are sent to Canada Post, the next BUSINESS DAY (weekends and holidays are not business days). Orders placed before 11am, are processed same business day and delivered to Canada Post.
Orders placed after 12pm Thursday are processed by us and sent to Canada Post before Friday noon. Canada Post may not process this for shipping until a Monday as they process same or next business day.
We use Canada Post for all shipments and cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages. We pay Canada Post on your behalf to ship the item. If the item is taking longer than expected or delayed, we can call Canada Post to enquire, but the package is no longer ours (and is now with Canada Post). We will always do our best and get a refund from Canada Post when expected or authorized by them and return the funds to you for shipping.
To return your product for exchange (Tobacco & Pipes excluded), once authorized by us, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
