Paul Stulac is a relatively small boutique cigar operation, it is currently produced at the Las Villas Cigars in Nicaragua under master blender Guillermo Peña. The Red Screaming Sun Lancero is a full-bodied cigar that has been around since the early 2010s. It offers notes of dark chocolate, espresso, pepper, leather, earth, cedar and hints of dark-fruit.
