Paul Stulac is a relatively small boutique cigar operation, it is currently produced at the Las Villas Cigars in Nicaragua under master blender Guillermo Peña. The Nuevo Comienzo (New Beginning) uses both Nicaraguan binder and filler. This cigar offers notes of black pepper, red pepper, cedar, earth, leather, cocoa, and the occasional hint of dried-fruit.
