Paul Stulac is a relatively small boutique cigar operation, it is currently produced at the Las Villas Cigars in Nicaragua under master blender Guillermo Peña. The Blue Lightening Robusto uses an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, which gives it a darker, sweeter character. This cigar offers notes of chocolate, espresso, roasted nuts, cream, earth, baking spice and black pepper.
