Churchwarden pipes have long stems that generally produce a cool smoke that helps to prevent tongue bites. Made in Albania using aged Briar, these pipes offer exceptional value.
This style of pipe can be traced back to the eighteenth century.
Churchwardens pipes were reputedly named after the Churchwardens who used to put their long pipe stems outside of the church windows so they could smoke in church, back when smoking a pipe was allowed.
