"According to Mr. Rubin, Alec Bradley has secured specially selected aged candela wrapper from Nicaragua to keep limited quantities of the Hooligans available. With the increasing popularity and consumption of the green wrapper in European markets, aged candela is becoming very difficult to source. To keep the Hooligan project viable, Alec Bradley is limiting the upcoming release of Filthy Hooligan Barber Pole to 2000, twenty-four count boxes (48,000 cigars) and 1500, ten count boxes (15,000 cigars) of Filthy Hooligan Shamrock."
