The Ozgener Aramas brand is the creation of Tim Ozgener. He is the founder of Ozgener Family Cigars. His father, Cano, was a legendary cigar crafter who founded the globally recognized CAO Cigars. Tim and his sister worked side-by-side with their father to grow CAO. Tim worked with another cigar legend, Ernesto Perez-Carrillo of EPC Cigars, to create the blend for the Aramas, which references Mount Ararat, a mountain located in eastern Turkey. It consists of a Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper, an Ecuadorian Habano binder, and a Nicaraguan, Dominican, and USA Connecticut Broadleaf filler. It is a well-balanced, medium-bodied cigar with a deep complexity and excellent construction. The cigars are handmade at Ernesto’s Tabacalera La Alianza in the Dominican Republic.
