The Dominion Classic Blue originally launched in the United States at the 2017 IPCPR show in Las Vegas, and was launched in Canada for the first time in early 2019.
Dominion owner Steve Ricker, started working on this project in early 2016 at Ernesto Carrillo’s Tabacalera Alianza factory in the Dominican Republic. This is the same factory that produced Ernesto’s Encore cigar brand, which won Cigar Aficionado’s 2018 cigar of the year.
Due to Health Canada regulations all tobacco that enters the country must have plain and standardized packaging. We do not put these labels on ourselves and is done in the country of origin.
