The Leon Jimenes Connecticut cigars are handcrafted by La Aurora factory, one of the oldest cigar company in the Dominican Republic. Although the cigar factory surfaced in 1903, they introduced these handmade cigars in 1953 to honor the founder and his brother. Due to the Connecticut wrapper leaf’s growing fondness throughout the first half of the century, La Aurora started crafting a blend with it for the Leon Jimenes. You can find notes of wood, and nut, with a hint of cocoa.
